During the financial year 2021-22:- Due to the pandemic which affected the Hospitality Industry badly, ITDC incurred losses during F.Y. 2020-21 and earned minor profit during 2021-20 therefore Board decided to set off the excess CSR spent of Rs.25.46 lakhs towards the CSR spent to be incurred during F.Y. 2021-22. During the F.Y. 2021-22, an amount of Rs.1,59,999/- has been spent on purchase of Zeal Resuscitation kit from M/s Northeast Construction for office of Collector Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh as CSR expenditure. Ex-post facto approval was granted to the above CSR spent of Rs.1,59,999/-.
