INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECT DIVISION

• Development of Tourist destinations/ Circuits as sanctioned by Ministry of Tourism, other Ministries and various State Entities.
• Designing and Execution of Tourism Infrastructure Projects, Hotels, Commercial, Educational, Residential Projects, Eco-tourism Projects, River Front Development Projects, Theme Based Parks, Landscaping etc.
• Preparation of Drawings, Estimates & Tender documents.

CONSULTANCY DIVISION

• Preparation of Tourism Master Plans, Feasibility Reports, Cost-Benefit Analysis, Detailed Project Reports for the Development of Tourism.
• Preparation of Request for Proposal (RFP)/ Request for Quotation (RFQ) document as per guidelines of Planning Commission/ various Statutory Bodies.

SEL DIVISION

• Preparation of Feasibility/ Pre-feasibility Reports and Detailed Project Report for implementation of SEL/ Multimedia Shows.
• Impact Assessment Report of SEL/ Multimedia Shows.
• Implementation of SEL/Multimedia shows on turnkey basis with provision of O&M.
• Dynamic / Architectural Illumination for Heritage Monuments and Historical Buildings.
• Operation of SEL shows.

SUPPORT DIVISION

• Planned Fund works and Maintenance work of ITDC’s owned Properties.

• During the past few years, the division has prepared more than 100 nos. Detailed Project Reports for Ministry of Tourism /Culture, Govt. of India and State Govts.
• The division has acted as executing/ implementing agency for more than One Hundred (100) projects sanctioned by Ministry of Tourism /Culture, Govt. of India and State Govts.
• The main strategy is to capture new Tourism Infrastructure Projects under SWADESH Darshan/ PRASAD Scheme /CFA/ State Govt. Projects/ Projects outside country/ Private Entities.
